Kickboxing Program
Machado Jiu-Jitsu knows that good training programs are well rounded—we offer Kickboxing as well!
Our kickboxing classes will teach you to be confident on your feet, using combinations of punches, kicks, elbows and knees to make sure you’ll be safe and confident in any situation. The Machado Kickboxing program is also great for strength and conditioning—the drills we incorporate are fun, active, and a great workout!
Kickboxing can be taken independently of our other programs, or you can incorporate it into your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for maximum benefit.
